DTII6306-108 SPCC Stamped Bearing Housing

 

This DTII6306-108 roller bearing housing is manufactured from premium SPCC cold rolled steel with an overall depth of 51mm. Every housing goes through a standardized 7-step stamping workflow: blanking to cut raw steel into round blanks, multi-stage deep drawing, precise shaping for perfect circularity, edge trimming to remove excess material, and final center hole punching.

 

 

Strict production control eliminates burrs and uneven surfaces, delivering stable dimensional accuracy for assembly. Designed to be installed on both ends of conveyor rollers, matched with bearings and matching sealing components, it effectively blocks mineral dust, gravel and debris to protect internal bearings and extend the whole roller service life.
